Payment and transport

1. Delivery conditions

Goods that are in stock are usually dispatched within 2-6 working days of receipt of payment.
Goods made to order have a longer delivery time - the delivery date is always specified for the specific product or arranged individually.

2. Return of goods / Withdrawal from the contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason - this only applies to goods that are not customised or made to order.

For custom-made or customised products, the right of withdrawal does not arise, in accordance with § 1837 of the Civil Code.

If you wish to return the goods, please contact us in advance by email. Goods must not be used and must be returned in their original condition.

3. Complaints

We offer a legal warranty of 24 months for all products. Complaints are handled individually - contact us by e-mail or phone.
