1. Introductory provisions

2. Offer of goods and delivery conditions

We offer two types of goods:

• In stock - we have the goods ready and dispatched to 2-6 working days from receipt of payment.
• Bespoke / customised goods - production and delivery time is indicated with the product or arranged individually.

Methods of delivery:

• By courier to the address
• To the carrier's drop-off point (e.g., a mail room, parcel office, etc.)

3. Payment terms

• By bank transfer (in advance)
• Cash on delivery - (goods in stock by prior arrangement)
• In cash on personal collection (by prior arrangement)

4. Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods)

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, if it is common goods in stock.

Returned goods must not be damaged or used. Please notify the return in advance by email.

Exceptions:

Goods manufactured or customized cannot be returned, according to § 1837 of the Civil Code.

5. Complaints

We provide for the sold goods 24 months legal warranty, unless otherwise stated.
In case of defects, please contact us by e-mail, we deal with complaints individually and without undue delay.

6. Personal data protection

We process your personal data only for the purpose of processing your order, in accordance with applicable law (including GDPR).
We do not disclose data to third parties, except for carriers providing delivery of goods.

7. Final provisions

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time.
The current version is always available on the website www.iq160.eu.
By submitting an order, the customer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.
