Smoker (grill) with a volume of about 100 litres. Robust elaborate smokehouse with stones. Made of thick sheet metal (1,5 to 3 mm), screws and axle are made of stainless steel, bearing wheels. Very easy to handle, even a small child can clean it. Can be heated and cooked on the hob. The main advantage over most smokers is the easy and precise regulation, the grate for burning separates the firebox from the pull-out ashtray.
The grease does not drip into the firebox, but flows out through the opening in the chamfer. This prevents fat burning and harmful contamination of food during grilling/smoking.
The temperature on the grate can be adjusted as required. For grilling approx. 150 °C for smoking less. The temperature also varies according to the floor of the food.
